Look at these colorful items! They are document holders. A close look at them will give you an idea of what they are made of. Yes, they are made of fruit juice packages! In my previous post, I wrote that in Japan, October is the month of 3Rs, which stand for Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Our global mom, Yasuko, likes 3R products, and uses these document holders every day for business documents, newspaper scraps, and music scores.
These document holders were made by a Philippine women’s group, KILUS. The group collects fruit juice packages, washes them, and reincarnates them into lovely document holders.
