Our global mom, Yasuko, always says that she is a living example of women’s empowerment. You may not believe this, but she is fond of women’s “traditional” work, such as making handicrafts and cooking. She would like to contribute to women’s economic empowerment globally, taking full advantage of her “traditional women’s” skills.
EEN works with Bosh Bosh, a Liberian women’s group, making bags, aprons, and accessories from cloth with traditional African patterns. Through working with Bosh Bosh, EEN contributes to Liberian women’s economic empowerment. Why not join us in supporting them?
